Bare Hug is a Philadelphia based sketch comedy group that formed in early 2010, after a sketch writing workshop taught by Kevin Allison from MTV’s The State.
After putting on two shows at the conclusion of that workshop, they decided to keep working together, and after arguing for three hours, picked the name “Bare Hug” which was one of the first things suggested.
Bare Hug performs all over Philadelphia. They recently put on two shows as part of the Philly Fringe Festival, and also performed at the Boston Improv Festival.
